Most gear ships direct from the manufacturer's US warehouse. Lead time is listed on each product page, usually 3 to 10 business days to ship.
Large enclosures and mats may ship by freight. Freight is curbside. Inspect every box before you sign. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and email us within 48 hours so we can file the claim.
