Shipping Policy

GarageBay Golf ships to addresses in the United States.

How we ship

Our products ship direct from the manufacturer's warehouse. Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information.

Delivery time

Most parcel orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Large or heavy items, such as full enclosures, frames and rolls of turf, may ship by freight and can take longer. Freight carriers may call you to schedule delivery, so please use a phone number you answer.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery tips

• Double check your shipping address before you place your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.
• Inspect your package when it arrives. If the box is damaged, note it with the carrier if you can, take photos, and email us within 7 days.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking has not updated in several business days or your order has not arrived, email jim@sliceofthepiemarketing.com with your order number and we will track it down.
